Your Staff is Amazing!!!!! |
I wanted to write to you personally to tell you that I was in your store on the weekend, Your staff is amazing!!!!!! Even though they were really busy with Mother's Day etc., they were all so pleasant and actually took the time to show me different ideas etc. They took time to help me look at appropriate decorations for my home (we just finished renovating the entire main floor), as well as ideas for flowers to match my colour scheme. I have never been waited on with such warm hospitality in any other floral shop. I found wonderful ideas and I will certainly be back to decorate my home. Please relay my compliments to your staff, I purchased a wonderful orchid which is my most favourite flower and I love the arrangement one of the girls helped me with to make this orchid look so perfect.

I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful arrangement you so quickly put together and delivered for the Ottawa Chamber Music Society event on Friday, July 23 at the Museum of Nature.
Sheila Whyte (Thyme and Again) recommended you to me and I’m absolutely thrilled with the service and with the stunning flowers.

Hi Virginia,
I just wanted to touch base and say thank you so much for all your help and hard work on my wedding flowers. You were such a pleasure to work with, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! I got many compliments, and Cailey loved her little bouquet as well.
